Habanero
Lavender Habanero
The flagship. Sweet, savory, warm. Tacos, eggs, marinades, fries. Almost anything except cereal.
Lavender Habanero. Roasted garlic, cumin, lime. A father and a daughter, one bottle at a time.
Crafted for flavor, not fire. This isn't the hottest sauce on the block. It's the one that makes everything else on the plate taste like more of itself.
Habanero, roasted garlic, lavender, onion, tomato, cumin, lime, vinegar. Sweet, savory, and warm, in that order. From morning eggs to evening pasta.
One base, four directions. Every one built for flavor before heat.
The flagship. Sweet, savory, warm. Tacos, eggs, marinades, fries. Almost anything except cereal.
Roasted until the garlic turns sweet. Built for pasta, roasted vegetables, anything out of a hot pan.
The mildest one we make. Onions cooked slow until they turn to sugar. This is the breakfast sauce.
Thicker and sweeter, the way a Caribbean sauce runs. Good on fish, better on grilled corn.
Over scrambled eggs, before the coffee has finished working.
Drizzled across tacos. Or in the bowl the fries go in.
Whisked into a marinade an hour before anything hits heat.
Every ingredient is grown or sourced by hand. Farm to table isn't a trend here. It's the only way we know how to make something we'd put on our own table.
We make in small batches, waste as little as we can, and pay attention to where things come from. That's the whole philosophy.
Little Sauce Boss isn't only hot sauce. It's a story about love, family, and the flavors that bring people to the same table. The heart of it is the bond between a father and his daughter.
Devaraj spent years as a corporate executive at Accenture, Deloitte, and American Express, and built technology companies besides. After enough boardrooms and enough relentless calendars, he stepped back to focus on what mattered. On sabbatical, he found something in the slower work: gardening, cooking, the hours that don't get scheduled.
Suriya is his co-creator. She's an artist and a performer, and her energy is the reason this exists at all. Her passion shows up in every bottle we make.
Together, a father and daughter turned a shared idea into something you can pour.
We love connecting with our community at farmers' markets. Stop by to say hi, sample, and meet the people behind the sauce.
The Etsy shop is simmering. Bottles are being labeled by hand, which takes exactly as long as it takes.
